The top priority was to move the home past its dated ’90s feel. On the main level, we replaced a patchwork of carpet, tile, and laminate with continuous hardwood floors, giving the first floor a cohesive, open flow. The clients love to entertain, so we expanded the kitchen to make hosting easy and enjoyable. Fresh trim and paint throughout brought the whole home together. And because the family’s everyday entry is through the laundry room, we redesigned it to handle life with young kids while still feeling beautiful to walk into.
